Q. What should I do if my Grill doesn’t heat/cook evenly?
- Set your grill to the maximum temperature of 450 degrees.
- Spread a good amount of salt on the entire surface of the grill.
- Cover the grill.
- Wait for the temperature of the grill to reach maximum heat (450 degree f) then the grill lid indicator will turn on and off.
- Minimize the temperature to 300 and wipe the all of the salt from its surface and continue to clean the surface till it is clean and clear of all salt and debris.
- Start baking flat bread. (Injera)
Q. What temperature should I use to cook flat bread (Injera)?
We recommend the grill temperature be set to an average 230-300 degrees f.
Q. What should I do if my grill becomes sticky?
In all likelihood your grill will require a major part replacement at this point and we suggest you return the unit to us for maintenance.
